Driving past Exeter Airport, past the long stay car park and down a narrow lane, you eventually reach a huge warehouse filled to the brim with extraordinary antiques, collectables and oddities. This is the home of McBain’s Antiques, a little known gem for all those antique hunters out there.

A family run business for generations, it used to be for trade only but is now open to the public. Dealers from around the country have spaces in the warehouse which creates an eclectic mix of styles and periods. There is everything here from French bedsteads to 19th century yacht fenders, vintage sledges to stuffed flying fish!
